Innovation and production cycles in the electronics and semiconductor industry are extremely short. This creates constant demand for new machines and new cleanrooms. Three requirements are therefore essential: modularity, adaptability and cleanroom suitability. A standardised system with many modules provides them: reusable, expandable and with fast delivery for quick modifications under clean conditions.
Wall systems
All wall systems comply with the EN ISO 14644-4 specification and are certified by the Fraunhofer Institute. They are adjustable in height and width, built flush, with non-reflective antistatic surfaces. Pass-through hatches, doors and switches integrate easily.
Solid wall systems
Double walls, single walls, service walls.
Glazed systems
Single, double or triple glazing; safety glass; yellow glazing.
Technical data
Various wall thicknesses; profiles and columns made of aluminium; anodised surfaces (powder coating on request); electrically conductive on request.
Ceiling systems
Ceiling systems offer individually tailored contamination control for all cleanroom classes. Modularly expandable and easily fitted with lights and filters. All comply with EN ISO 14644-4 and are certified by the Fraunhofer Institute.
Load capacity
Lightweight luminous ceiling; ceilings with 100 kg/m² and 200 kg/m² point load, walkable for maintenance and machine installation.
LED technology
Even, glare-free light; LED modules in the ceiling profiles; service life of at least 40,000 hours.
Doors
The right door system for every requirement, always with aluminium handles and hinges, tubular lock fittings and highly elastic EPDM sealing between the frame and the door profile.
Variants
Single- and double-leaf doors; special solutions, e.g. 4-leaf doors; powder coating; electrically operated doors; integration of overflow grilles.
Options
Drop-down seal, panic hardware, access control and locking systems (mechanical or electric).
