The number one requirement for pharmaceuticals and healthcare is microbiological cleanliness: an environment with the lowest possible number of particles that prevents the growth of microbes. This places high demands on materials, surfaces and workmanship. On the one hand, disinfectability and robustness are needed, on the other, pressure-tightness. This calls for completely smooth surfaces and drainage capability that prevent cross-contamination and increase quality and safety.
Wall systems
The wall claddings are pre-assembled and fixed to the foundations on site. The surface is edge-free and smooth, with no horizontal accumulation of particles; sealing of the joints ensures the pressure-tightness of the room. All elements are easily moved or replaced without intervening in the structure.

Various wall and panel depths; anodised or powder-coated surfaces; easy installation of switches and sockets.
Ceiling systems
Depending on the requirements, different ceiling systems are used (clip-in, bandraster or sandwich), which can be combined freely. Modular construction and adjustable grid sizes allow maximum individuality. Lights and ventilation are integrated perfectly flush, and maintenance is accessible from below or above.

Doors
The door frames are welded and subsequently painted, equipped with highly elastic seals on three sides; all internal and external joints are elastically sealed. Three-dimensionally adjustable hinges are invisibly integrated, as are the floor seal and optional overhead closers.
Variants
Single-leaf, one-and-a-half-leaf and double-leaf doors; closed or partially glazed; leaf flush with the wall on one or both sides.
