Octanorm is a German system of aluminium profiles from which you assemble a trade fair stand like building blocks. The basis is the maxima profile in 40, 80 and 120 millimetre thicknesses, joined without welding and taken apart again after the fair. From the same elements you build walls, portals, shelves and counters, so the system grows with your needs and is used again.

We offer both. You can buy a stand if you exhibit regularly and owning your own system pays off, or rent one for a single fair when it is a one-off or occasional appearance. With rental we handle the system, graphics and build, and you pay only for the duration of the event. We calculate which route is cheaper for you from your number of shows per year.

A small stand up to about 20 square metres goes up in a few hours; larger and multi-storey builds take a day or two. The modular system is the decisive advantage here: maxima profiles join without a workshop and graphics clip in with no visible screws, so assembly is predictable and fast. We estimate the exact time from the floor plan and stand height.

Yes, and that is the whole point of Octanorm. The aluminium profiles are durable and do not wear out, so the same system carries your appearances for years. Between fairs you usually change only the graphics while the structure stays. With every following build the cost per show falls, and far less waste is created than with one-off, custom-made stands.

Two figures guide it. Match the luminous flux in lumens to the surface size and mounting height: powerful LED spotlights for tall walls, track lights to accent exhibits. The second is CRI, the colour rendering index; our spotlights reach CRI 90, so the colours of fabrics, print and products stay true. If you are unsure, we calculate the lighting from your floor plan.

For controlled environments we offer modular clean room systems suited to pharmaceuticals, microelectronics and healthcare. Walls, ceilings and passages assemble with tight, smooth, gap-free joints that are easy to clean and disinfect and support cleanliness-class and GMP requirements. The system is modular, so it can be extended or relocated when production changes.

We are based in Ljubljana and operate across the whole Adria region. We serve clients in Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Albania and Kosovo. Octanorm systems and the build service are available in all of these countries, and we offer support and advice in the languages of the region.

Yes, we take the project on turnkey. From your floor plan and goal for the show we prepare a concept and a 3D render, choose the systems and profiles, produce the graphics, then build the stand at the fair and take it down after the event. You deal with the visitors, we handle everything else. On request we take on just one part, for example only the system or only the graphics.
